Job Description:
-UI Designing, Web designing. Designing Mobile Apps for various operating systems
-Illustrations and Graphic Designing
-Advertising Design and Branding
-Visual Design skills including Logo and Stationary Design, Corporate Identity & Presentations
-Print Collateral such as Brochures, Leaflets, Print Ads, Flyers etc
-Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to marketing team
-Collaborate with marketing team to define requirements, user workflows, and UI mockups for both client-facing and internal team
-Create and develop interaction design documents including conceptual models, user flow diagrams, wireframes, page schematics, mockups and interactive prototypes
-Present designs to key stakeholders
-Work closely with marketing team to implement design requirements
-Develop design documentation materials, specifications, visual assets, and other deliverables to support development
-Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure design functionality requirements are met
-Establish, promote, and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards
-Keep up-to-date with the latest UI design and usability trends and techniques

Skill Set Required:  
-4+ years of experience in designing user experience for websites, mobile apps on various platforms like Android, iOS, Windows.
-Understanding and exposure of UX flow is required
-Experience in professional branding and advertising in print, web and digital media.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Creative / editorial copywriting experience a plus
-Forward-thinking and highly collaborative with balance of left and right brain thinking (analytical and creative)
