Job Description:
-Participate in brainstorming and project planning to shape the design of Menias platform / app;
-Work to improve and expand Menias’ branding;
-Design interfaces and interactions for product – from UI through visual design stages;
-Work closely with engineering and product to ensure implementation matches intent.

Skill Set Required :
-Strong conceptual thinker;
-Skilled in project management – ideally self-managing;
-Pixel-perfect layouts with a strong sense of colour theory and typography;
-Human-centred design that is intuitive and usable;
-Clean, modern and focused visual design style;
-Experience working with software developers;
-Experience with newer design tools like Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop and / or Sketch  

Interview Process:
