Salary: INR 4.5 LPA - INR 6 LPA (The Final CTC will depend upon the candidates performance during the interview)

Job Description:
They are looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences.  The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
- Work closely with the product team to conceptualise product features for web and mobile.
- Communicate interaction design flows based on user journey’s to stakeholders.
- Create user journeys ,user personas ,user scenarios, user stories, page flows and translate them to wireframes that meet product feature goals.
- Work closely with  front-end engineers to ensure the user goals are met throughout the journey.
- Suggest interaction design variations to AB test various UI interactions.
- Offer creative solutions to product-related design/usability challenges, and expose site usability problems.

Skill Set Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Lo-fi & hi-fi prototyping skills
- Have contributed as a leader in design and a strong collaborator with product managers and engineers
- Demonstrate experience with end-to-end product design
- Have shipped product
- Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, android, iOS, emails)
