Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Willing to work in flexible UK Shifts & 24*7 work environment
- Excellent Communication skills.
- GDS Knowledge is pre-requisite.

For Experienced-
- Conversion of a call into a sales call for inbound selling and thus generating revenue for the company.
- Receiving Inbound calls and providing the corporate clients and business partners with the best possible routing for their destination and competitive fares available in the market.
- Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements to client provided excellent customer service.
- Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information.
- Selling vacation packages including flight, hotel, car and extra activities.
- Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Must be from Travel industry and should be well versed in any one of the GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan) Knowledge.
- Number of requisitions is (20 candidates). -
- Voice based U.K sales process.
- Travel background with GDS knowledge.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts.
