Job Description:

-Should have good knowledge about Domestic destinations especially North & South

-Should have excellent communication skills

-Candidates will need to care of the following:



-Hotel confirmation

-Web confirmation E-mails

-Adding Special request

-Marketing Scheme and Assistance

-Taking payment by Electronic payment gate way

-Handling calls and resolving passenger’s queries regarding booking confirmation, change in travel plans re-issues, tour rates and cancellations, seats , wheel chair and meal request.

-Providing excellent customer service to existing & potential clients, maximizing the opportunity for repeat business.

-Improve visibility of the product and update information on destination.

-Guiding clients on destinations and making arrangements for transportations, hotel accommodations, car rentals.

-Responsible to achieve sales targets and maintain high yield revenues.

-Provide regular and effective timely updates to agents through regular visits, tele-calling & emails.
