Roles and Responsibilities:
-Versatile in delivering training in multiple environments like In – Store, Classroom and though online mediums like Webinars and Go TO Meeting.
-Handle client training requirements as per schedule and provide immediate feedback on activities without procrastination.
-Adheres to timelines at all times.
-Reviews current training material and provides inputs on areas of improvement in the training design/curriculum.
-Considering the costs of planned programme and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important.
-Producing training materials keeping client needs and quality as paramount.
-Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy.
-Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires. Evaluating training and development programs on a periodic basis.
-Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
-Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
-Open to travel within the city and intercity based on training need
Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role:
-Excellent communication skills.
-While most training will be in English knowledge of local / regional languages would be an advantage.
-Experience in delivering training in multiple environments like In – Store, Classroom and though online mediums like Webinars and Go To Meeting.
-Adaptability is a big factor due to the dynamic nature of the business. Someone who can adapt quickly to the nature of the task will be an ideal candidate.
-Willingness to Travel.
