Roles and Responsibilities:
Turbo Aviation established in November 2003 commenced aviation activities with manufacture of ground support equipment for airlines and started its initial business with Air Deccan, Bangalore. With the growth of the company, in April 2007 we also commenced Ground handling services to various domestic airlines such as Air Deccan, Air Sahara, Jet airways, King fisher Airlines limited, Go Airlines Pvt. Ltd, First flight, Blue dart, Paramount Airways, Spice jet Limited and HAL/Air India joint working office at various airports. Presently we are providing ground handling services to Spice jet, at nine airports in southern part of India. With our Aviation expertise of six years, Turbo Aviation Pvt Ltd has applied to Ministry of Civil Aviation for permission to commence Helicopter Flying Training Institute at Hyderabad and obtained approval. However commencement of flying institute was delayed due to subsequent restrictions imposed by Ministry of Civil Aviation and we were forced to keep the project on hold till further instruction from the Government.
In June 2009 Company had received Non schedule operator permit AOP: 202009 and commenced charter operations.
We commenced NSOP operation with one Robinson R-44 helicopter and flown extensively all over India including in the North East Sector. Presently we are operating one Cessna 525A citationCJ2 and one Cessna 525 citation CJ1+ (light twin engine corporate jet aircraft) for our charter operations from Hyderabad.
In June 2012 Company had entered into an agreement with 20 different corporate companies for chartering of aircraft on regular basis.
During last three years, we have flown almost 1700 hrs on charter flights for various customers who include prominent Industrialists, Film personalities, Political Leaders, Corporate clients and VIP's etc.
