-Sales of Apple products and peripherals to corporates, education institutes and Government sector
-Sales of cyber security solution device
-Generating leads and converting them into potential business by visiting client location
-Maximise the sales of Apple and Canon products
-Ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
-Achieve sales goals relative to targets.
-Evaluating the customer requirement by following the Apple customer engagement standards to provide best solutions.
-Set high standards of delivering Apple experience.
-Handling pre/ post sales customer escalations
