- Help end users to understand the CRM software for Sales, Service & POS module.
- Resolving queries raised by the end users in both technical and functional areas.
- Providing users with a go-to reference guide and encourage them to use it.
- Providing comfort to users as they start the process of using the new application.
- Ensuring users buy-into the system and understand the benefits it can deliver.
- Providing regular hints and tips emails throughout the implementation.
- Developing a learning strategy.
- Ensuring all users are trained on how to get their job done in the Application.
- Motivating the learners and help them see their progress.
- Increasing User Adoption.
- Conducting user experience testing to ensure that user experience meet the proposed needs.
