Qualification -
• MCA /MSc. (Computer only) / BE (IT/Computers)

Batch : 2015, 2016 &2017 

Academic Criteria:10th and 12th/ Diploma , Graduation and Post Graduation academic percentage 60% and above.

Candidate Profile :
• Should have good programming skills
• Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good Interpersonal skills to interact with team members
• Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel and International clients
• Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems and software will be an added advantage
• Familiarity to CRM concepts will be an added advantage.

• Excellent Communication skills.
• Should be strong with OOPS + Web development concepts
• Attributes of a strong Team Player

Employment Norms :

• Security deposit of Rs.60,000/- which shall be reimbursed on the successful completion of one year from Date of Joining
• As part of the annual compensation, employee will have a component named "Loyalty Bonus". This Bonus will be accumulated for a period of twelve months and will be reimbursed 100% after completion of one year after accumulation period.
• Training/Probation period of three months - Confirmation after one quarter including change in designation from Trainee to Systems Executive.
• Program period of 24 months.
• Annual appraisal will be based on company policies.
