Chenab Valley Power Projects Private Limited (CVPP), has been incorporated on 13/06/2011 as a Joint Venture Company of NHPC Limited, JKSPDC and PTC (India) Limited for execution of 03 Hydroelectric Projects namely Pakal Dul, Kiru and Kwar with agrregate capacity of 2120 MW at Chenab River Basin in Distt Kishtwar of Jammu & Kashmir, with equity participation of 49%, 49% and 2% by NHPC,JKSPDC & PTC respectively. The Company shall execute these Projects on Build, Own, Operate and Maintain (BOOM) basis.

Trainee Engineer/Officer Job Position in Chenab Valley Power Projects Private Limited (CVPP)

Special Recruitment Drive for filling up vacancies in SC/ST/OBC (NCL) categories in different disciplines and other fresh vacancies

Qualifying Marks: Candidate should have secured at least 55% marks or equivalent grade in the qualifying course (as mentioned above) recognized by Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE.

Selection Process: The selection process shall comprise of Written Test followed with personal Interview. Applicants who?s Registration Form along with requisite documents are received on or before the notified last date for receiving the Registration Form shall be called for appearing in the Written Test. Subsequently list of eligible applicants for interview shall be placed on CVPP website and these applicants shall also be intimated through e-mail. The finally selected candidates shall be issued „Offer for Appointment?.

Service Agreement Bond: The selected candidates for the post of Trainee Engineer / Trainee Officer of unreserved and OBC category shall have to execute a service agreement bond amounting to Rs. 1.25 Lacs (Rs. One Lac Twenty Five Thousand only) of 04 years including the period spent as Trainee. However for SC/ST category candidate the Bond amount shall be Rs. 75000/- (Rs. Seventy Five Thousand only)but period shall remain the same i.e.04 years including the period spent as Trainee.
