Job Description & Skill Set Required:

- Candidate will be responsible for L3 support of Infrastructure, Production and other ERP support

- Excellent communication skills

- Good Work Attitude

- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

- Good analytical mindset and critical thinking

- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms(Windows, Linux)

- Good knowledge on scripting and SQL (preferred)

- Good knowledge of relational databases, Oracle, MSSQL(preferred)

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including Night shifts.

- Open to work on weekends

Interview Process:

- Written Test and GD

- 2 Technical Interview

- HR Interview

- Final round of interview
