Ensure the results of our TSAT surveys meet the expectations of Colt. Working towards delivering an effortless customer experience.
Managing email s from internal customers, ensuring efficient management to meet response time SLA.
Ensure a right first time, accurate approach to resolving our customers issues.
Feedback any gaps in processes to management.
Help to build strong relationships with all departments within Colt.
Strong knowledge in workflow, dispute management, RCA (route and cause analysis) and time utilization.
