Profile:  Trainee Client Coordinator

Job Location: Kolkata

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Target Batch Pass out: 2016-2017

Salary: Fixed Stipend of Rs. 8, 000/- per month.

Service Agreement: There will be 18 months Service Agreement (Bond)

Job Description:

• Daily client coordination for sharing work updates, getting work approvals from the client.
• Liaising with client and design team for work delivery.
• Conducting online research ad needed.
• Social media promotion planning and ideate social media campaigns and execution.
• Maintaining daily and monthly report of client’s work activities.
• Maintaining a good professional relationship with existing and new clients.
• Understanding client’s needs and meeting the client’s deliverables flawlessly to perfection.
• Maintaining daily work report for activities done by self and the team.
• Client competitor and industry analysis for design, post and campaign ideation.
• Assigning work to designer and content write for social media and posting for clients on various social media platforms.
• Checking of social media posts, approving and sending them to clients.
• Follow up with other departments regarding delivery of project and coordinating with the team & clients for creating content bank of social media for the clients.
• Regular research on Social Media Platforms to stay updated with the latest technology for implementing the same for the client’s account.

Skills Required:

• The candidate should have a strong verbal and written communication skill.
• The candidate should be internet and social media savvy, have personal account in Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Should have an active college life history of participation in extracurricular activities, arranging college fests, getting sponsorships etc.
• Should be dynamic, flexible and open to learn, Eye for details, Consultative approach, Competitive, Hardworking, Organized, Punctual, Analytical, Fast Thinker, Creative, Client Communication.
