About The Company:

In 2012, the founding stone of AARDEE was laid with the purpose of providing back office and website maintenance services to an established business so that it can focus more on its core processes as well as save administration & management costs of doing these in-house. It was started to support one company (V Connect Global Services Pvt. Ltd.  Nigeria) and slowly and steadily mastered the domains it worked on. (Specialization in Asp.net).

Within no time, expertise & skills of the core team enabled AARDEE to have self-driven processes to accomplish these tasks. Then came the stage of shifting gear and taking AARDEE to the next level. As a step forward towards expansion, AARDEE started offering web based software solutions and back office services to the Global Market.

Profile:  Trainee - Business Development Executive

Job Location: New Delhi

Desired experience: 0-0.6 Months

Course Specialization: MBA Marketing

Academic Criteria: 65% & above

Target Batch Pass out: 2016 - 2017

Salary:  1st month- INR 5000

            2nd month on performance analysis - INR 8000-10000

            3rd month wards- INR 12000-15000

            Final: INR 3.0 LPA Post Training

Bond: 2 years

Probation/Training Period: 6 Month

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:

-Identify, research and evaluate new business opportunities

-Arranging business meetings and maintaining regular following up on leads.

-Basic Computer/internet knowledge with good communication skills.

Skills Required:

-Who is keen to learn branding and communication 

-Candidate would be primarily working on communication and branding for HR and business focused internally
