Profile Offered: Trainee Assistant Broadcast Engineer

Job Location: Gurgaon

Course Specialization: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Any Specialization, Instrumentation, Computers,MCA - Computers

Desired Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Required Candidate profile:

  • BE/ B.Tech in Electronics & Communications,Computer Science,Information Technology or allied subjects/ MCA with at-least two or more subject from Radio & Television Broadcast, RF & Microwave Engineering, Computer Networking and Network Analysis, Network Security and Cryptography, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Fiber Optics, Electronics & Instrumentation (Passed out in 2018 & 2019)
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken, Written and Formal Documentation.
  • High Level of logical and mathematical Reasoning Skills
  • Work effectively with a wide range of people at different levels

 

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. The successful candidate(s) will be directly reporting to the Engineering Manager in India and will be trained to Setup, Configure, Operate, and Maintain wide variety of Television OB Equipment, including Broadcast Cameras, Audio & Video Routers, Video Servers, Audio Mixers, Communication Systems. On successful completion of training, candidates will be confirmed with NEPBSIPL as Assistant Broadcast Engineer and will be offered attractive professional and financial growth in NEPBS Group
2.Coordinate with inter-disciplinary teams in Broadcast Engineering field
3. Configure, diagnose and troubleshoot network issues
4. Supporting the implementation of new IT equipment, and the ongoing maintenance, and configuration of existing systems
5. Reviewing & approving IT Network Change requests
6. Manage Network Requirements in Office Environment
7. Troubleshooting logged faults in order to accurately isolate the cause, taking corrective action to minimize the impact of faults when they occur
8. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
9. Providing out-of-hours on-call support cover for all IT Issues
10. Communicate complex information to a non-technological audience
11.Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
12. The job requires the candidate to be flexible with travel and working hours, and the candidate will need to work on field jobs for OB in India and abroad after training. Candidates are encouraged to explore online for Television Outdoor Broadcast field related information
