Job Description:  
- Proofread the test conent (items) to correct typos, spelling mistakes (both British and American Enaglish as per project requirements) and factual inaccuracies
- Copyedit the items for sense, clarity and enforce correct gramamatical structure as per the rules of English language and test development and also include discipline-specific rules and lexicon
- Do the fairness and sensitivity review of items and test and remove refrences to offensive gender, race, religion terminology; avoid stereotypes
- Work collaboratively with item writer, reviewer and test developer to develop high quality items
- Facilitate item writing workshops alongside other test development staffs and provide expert advice and guidance as items are written, reviewed and revised
- Perform detailed tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Follow established procedures and guidelines, and comply with item security practices

Skill Set Required:  
- Attention to details and research expertise
- 0 – 3 years of Copy Editing experience
- Good Communication Skills
