Job Description:
Roles&Responsibilities :
1-Sales Visit in the Market
2-Handling Primary Secondary sales
3-To handle dealer distributor generate the new Business
4-Appointing Distributors/Sub distributors
5-Distributor Handling & Territory Upgradation
6-Market Activities, Observation and Claim settlement7-Coordinated & Directed Activities including sales & growth of Company's Products
8-Co-ordination with ASM to fulfill the corporate objectives & goals.
9-Frequent visit to the distributors & storeowners determining the market need & provided availability in terms of set targets & benchmark in sales.
10-Handling complaints and motivating/updating any new changes/schemes to distributors/Retailors
Skill Set Required :
1-Must have strong and excellent Communication skills.
2-Target oriented
