Job Description:
a) Acts as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors providing a professional and friendly service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression.
b) Establishing a relationship of Trust and Respect with customers and mature walk-in inquiries to sales.
c) Call prospective clients/leads/prospects from our lead generation sites and explain/counsel/sale our product/services over the phone.
d) Follow up with incoming leads.
e) Send SMS, Email mailers and maintain complete database/reports.
f) Ability to multitask.
Skills required:
- Confident and smart
- Should have voice clarity and good command over English,Hindi & Telugu.
- Sound knowledge of IT technologies and special interest
- Sales gist & experience
- Candidates who have experience in tele calling would be an added advantage
- Confidence and ability to interact with customers.
- Prior experience with any IT company would also be an advantage
