- Telemarketing for B2C Calling for IT(Information Technology) related Services at Vraj Softwares

- Customer calling and generating leads for IT (Information Technology) Related Services and Products such as Website Design , SEO, eCommerce, Customize Softwares, Online Marketing etc.

- Maintaining data and generating reports.

- Taking Follow ups / feedback from sales marketing team for the options sent to them on their requirement.

- Answer customer questions openly, honestly and with sensitivity.

- Ensuring timely and professional responses to all queries enabling customer satisfaction.
