Job Description and Skill Set Required:   
- Knowledge and Experience Installation and Commission BTS , microwave.
- Knowledge and Experience handling Huawei, Ericson, Alcatel, NSN, ZTE equipments.
- VSWR checking and trouble shooting.
- Assembling & installing of GSM antenna, orienting & tilting of GSM antenna based on cell plan, hoisting & installing of RF & jumper cables to antenna, Connectorization for Feeder cables, IF Cables, CAT cables & other transmission cables.
- Complete Knowledge for Installation work of site, Indoor equipment as well Outdoor equipment.
- Conduct physical AT and call testing.
- Antenna Alignment.
- Depth Knowledge of installing all kinds of Indoor equipment.
- Knowledge of Even Thru, Loop Testing , On Air Site Testing , Sector
- Call Testing after completion of site.
- Depth Knowledge of Transmission equipment i.e. Mux , PDH , SDH ,
- PASOLINK, NEC, IP10 , IP55, Ceragon Transmission Equipment , NERA Microwave.
- Putting sites on NMS as per customer requirement, Making IP Ping for individual site.
- Creation of Cross connection & cascading sites as per shared plan by operator requirement.
- Commissioning of Equipments MW & BTS for Huawei, Huawei , Ericson, Alcatel, NSN, ZTE
- Climbing tower & fixing all types of antennas along with alignment.
- Installation of Feeder cable on Runway.
- Installation of all Indoor Equipment.
