Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Candidate has ability to do microwave Link.
- Co-ordination with the Team of Radio Network and Switching Sections for rectifying radio network problems and improving the network performance and quality.
- Conducting new site surveys for Radio and Transmission network for expansions and new project works.
- Propose for network expansion based on the traffic report analysis.
- Microwave frequency planning to the highest industry standards.
- Complete familiarity with industry equipment specifications and impact on link budget, including protection and co-channel operation.
- Complete familiarity with transmission planning guidelines and licensing process.
- Understanding of network synchronisation for access networks.
- Complete understanding of Data Communication networks for network elements including addressing plans for vendor agnostic solutions.
- Understanding of processes required to rollout large scale transmission designs for mobile networks.
- Understanding of network design for access networks including microwave and fibre topology.
- Ability to understand and implement network design guidelines.
- Must be physically fit to do their sine task.
