  • Welcome/service calls. Excellent customer service skills including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport and closing.
  • Identifying client requirement and updating the same in adherence to the prescribed processes.
  • Genuine passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and a clear communicator
  • Handling inbound queries from clients, answering preliminary queries and connecting them to the right coordinates based on clients requirements.
  • Updating online and social media platforms with content and data as directed.
  • Collecting data and content from various online platforms.
  • Passionate about being the best and want to achieve targets with strong team working ability.
