Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Candidate should able to handle the calls and should experience in calling activity.
-Candidate should able to speak Hindi & English
-Candidate should know the MS office for maintain the calls tracker.
-Assist and co-ordinate with sales team to close prospects.
-Fix the meetings with interested clients.
-Communicating courteously with customers over phone, email etc.
-Ensure timely information flow to customers to ensure cash inflow as per the set payment schedule.
-Maintain customer records by updating account information.
-Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
