Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives.
- Motivate and inspire team members.
- Coach and develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior.
- Develops a profile of students attracted to the college by conducting research
- Admissions of students to the different course.
- Follow up with students and solve queries for successful admission of students.
- Maintain all data relating to calls/students/queries...etc
- Responsible for handling telephonic prospects and documenting the same in an inquiry register.
- Responsible to counsel walk in prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrollments.
- Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensure zero outstanding.
- Handling inbound and out bound calls.
