Job Description :
-Handle Out Bound Calls
-Inform Donors about the new programs for which donation is collected. (Training Provided).
-Give advice about how this is going to benefit poor children.
-Gather and document information about the Donor.
-Timely follow-ups with Donors.

Skill Set Required:
-Should have prior experience of minimum 6 months in any Lead Generation/Retention/Sales process as a Tele - Caller.
-Candidates worked in other NGOs would be an added advantage.
-Can speak English & Hindi.
