Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers for business development.
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
- Creating database of existing and new clients
- Understanding and managing personal performance on daily basis
- Adhering to quality standards
- Generating new business by running promotional mailers, cold calling etc.
- New client's development and ensuring recurring business by constantly being in touch.
- Allocate appointments to Business Development Managers from calls made and leads identified.
- Responsible for achieving individual and group sales target
- Talk to customers for feedback on the performance after product delivery.
