About The Company:

We are India's Largest Roadside Assistance Network where you get 24x7 vehicle (car & bike) breakdown repair assistance for any minor breakdowns at your breakdown location. Our car breakdown cover provides you 24x7 car repair assistance from local car mechanic near you. We also provide on the spot tyre puncture repair service, Towing (towing crane, flatbed towing and vehicle to vehicle towing) generally known as Car Tochan in India and vehicle breakdown recovery services. By subscribing to our RSA you need not to worry about roadside mechanic for auto repair service just because we own a hold on Local mechanic network PAN India and provides car mechanic from nearby location no matter wherever you are stuck and whatever the time it is, we will arrange a car repair solution at your breakdown location.


Salary Range: INR 78,000 PA - 1.2 LPA

Job Description:

-Selling cross roads subscription

-Ensure customer complaints are handled with 100% quality

-Handle calls as per the daily targets (generally 100-150), set by Team Leader

-Co-ordinate with various teams to get resolution

-Calling the customers to keep them updated on new offers

-Flexible to work on various processes as per business requirement

-Display proactive approach to resolve the customers complaints

-Ability to effectively retain customers through solution centric approach

-Create a positive Brand Image through customer focus

-Capturing Customer Feedback and sharing with management regularly

-Attending Team Meetings/huddles and sharing best practice with colleagues

-Look for continuous improvement in the processes

Skills Required:

-Good Communication Skill- Both English & Hindi

-Comfortable to contact about 120 customers daily over phone

-Experience in tele sales, customer service, in Call-centre, Banking, ecommerce, insurance, concept selling, automobile industry

-Inbound/outbound calls exposure must
