Salary: INR 2.16 LPA - INR 2.76 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job description:
- A Tele calling executive must know the needs of his/her customers and have knowledge about the customer’s problems that need to be solved. Our Executive will go beyond merely visiting and trying to bring in business, they will have to work with a wide variety of internal groups and will handle the fullrange of development cycle.
- They will balance customer needs and competitive strategyindesigningmarket-leading strategiesandfor this role specifically. They will collect, analyze and act upon customer and market data to determine potential leads, along with designing ideas & strategy simultaneously provide business values which are intuitive to end-users to maximize user adoption.

Responsibilities & Skill Set Required:
- Should be attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls.
- Handling sales inquiries, bookings, documentation, complaints handling, etc.
- Handling bookings and documentation.
- Processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team.
- Maintaining records of day to day activities.
- Calling prospects on the database provided for arranging meetings.
- Following up with the client
