Job Description and Skills Required:

- The associates will be calling "potential driver partner leads" and convince them to join Uber as driver partners.

- Looking for guys with tele-calling experience.

- Candidate with BPO experience are preferred

- Young and passionate about the job

- Calling skills, Convincing and negotiation skills

- Basic data analysis

- Smart, Proactive individuals with fast learning attitude

- Comfortable in interactions with driver partners
