Job Description:

Responsible for initiating calls.

Provide customers with product and service information.

Responsible for making Cold Calls, handling outbound and inbound

Basic computer application skills & data management Skills.

Candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills

Product presentations and demonstrations to clients.

Follow up leads Contact Client, conduct effective meetings and close deals.

Handling any queries/ escalations regarding the project/ milestones/ payments.

Internal Coordination for dealing with exceptions / objections if any.

Follow up for recoveries.

Handle all relevant documentation.

Skills Required: 

Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skill.

Soft Spoken & Patient.

Should be known to Hindi, English language.

Should have Sales skill.

Interview Process: Three face to face interviews.
