Good Experience in handling inbound Calls from Customers
Attend telephonic enquiries regarding products
Making outbound calls in accordance with the leads provided
Responsible replies to customers
Following-up with the clients until the leads get closed
Should assist their Supervisors from the Marketing & Sales Team
