Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create and maintain technical deliverables including feature descriptions, product
specifications, setup/install guides, admin guides, user guides, help files, API
references, and other technical documents for hardware platforms and software
products including cloud, finance, and network management applications.
● Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and
identify requirements and customer needs.
● Follow the documentation process and style guidelines to ensure consistency in
detail, style, accuracy, presentation, and usability of the content.
● Adhere to product/organizational processes and quality guidelines for content
creation and tooling.
● Regularly report status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
● Keep up to date with industry standards and trends.

Skill Set Required :
● BA/BS in Communication, Journalism, English, Computer Science, or related degree,
or comparable experience.
● Experience in writing software product documentation.
● Ability to research complex technical concepts (independently and collaboratively)
and develop effective deliverables.
● Attention to detail.
● Excellent writing and organizational skills with the ability to deliver on time and with
quality.
● Ability to work independently and within a team.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Experience with structured authoring techniques in DITA, XML authoring tools, and
content management systems.
● Skill using Oxygen XML Author or a similar product to create documentation in DITA.
● Ability to manage documentation using Git and GitHub.
● Knowledge of JIRA tracking tool.
