Job Description:

l Work with stakeholders to understand requirements of forthcoming projects

l Develop clear understanding of the system’s features and functioning

l Draft clear and complete documentation to support system use by internal stakeholders

l Create process maps and charts where necessary to aid user\'s understanding

l Analyse  developed system to identify features/changes not specified in the requirements

l Document changes with history leading to the change

l Analyse existing content with potential of re-use

l Identify and bridge documentation gaps

l Maintain and track all documentation supporting a project including requirements, design, technical and user manuals, ensuring version control and other documentation guidelines are followed.

Skill Set Required:

l Technical graduate/BCA/BSc

l 2+ years of  work experience in technical writing/software documentation

l Knowledge of web applications

l Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

l Familiarity with software development life cycle

l Ability to understand business logic of systems

l Inter-personnel skills; ability to work collaboratively with other teams

l Excellent verbal & written communication
