We run in-house affiliate marketing and processes to generate local US business channeling via local marketing being 100% domiciled in US.

Job Description:

-Handle inbound calls from U.S Clients regarding their Computers/Laptops/Printers/Network Security/Webmail and accordingly selling tailor made Technical Solutions.

-Good typing and verbal communication skills required.

-Excellent knowledge of PCs and Internet.

-Excellent Communication flow, sentence construction & correct grammar in written & Spoken English.

-Good Problem solving and influencing skills.

-Excellent Communication skills, Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).

-Comfortable working in Night Shifts (US Hours).

-Staying abreast of tech issues and Pre-empting any foreseeable issues and troubleshooting accordingly to better serve clients.

-Ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders both onshore and offshore.

-Experience interacting with multiple diverse clients and implementing processes wherever required (preferably with managing remotely).
