Roles and Responsibilities:
Passionately provide L1-L2 phone, ticketing, email and remote technical support to the company's customers and business partners.
You will strive to understand perfectly what the client needs, gather all relevant information from them and resolve the case.
Be committed for our customers and share our dedication in striving to deliver world class technical & customer support and first call resolution!
Provide follow-up customer contact to ensure satisfactory resolution of incidents.
Co-operate with other members of the technical support team, sales team and other departments.
Follow standard processes and procedures;
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business;
Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;
