JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Troubleshoot issues/queries raised by clients related to application
- Record issues and notify Development and QC team for required changes in application.
- Verifying, reproducing and isolating application defects or faults reported by the customers.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in several applications and technologies.
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet
  deadlines.

Primary Skills (Must have):
- Experience Required in Java/J2EE Production Support
- Knowledge and experience in data modelling (ER and UML) and metamodels is desirable.
- Knowledge and experience in RDMBS and SQL is desirable.
- Basic Knowledge about Coding is must.
- Good Communication skills and team work
- Experience in working with XML, HTML is required.

Secondary Skills (Good to have):
- Oracle or SQL
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Metadata knowledge
- Application deployment on various platforms
