Stackfusion Private Limited is a technology product development company specializing in IoT and Artificial Intelligence, Stackfusion has its product Parkzap which provides smart automated parking and vehicle security solutions to SmartCities, Malls, Offices, SEZs, Industrial Zones and Security Installations. Stackfusion also works on technology to redefine the highway tolls and transportation sector in India by automated flow-through for vehicles and cashless payments. Our company is pioneering the digitization of parking in malls, highways, ports, and railways through an automated parking management system. This system allows for a quick and seamless paperless entry and exit from parking lots for end customers using FASTag transactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
•Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
•Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
•Communicate with the development team to escalate any technical issues that require attention.
•Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our parking automation products and services.
•Assist clients with system integrations and customizations as per their requirements.
•Analyse client data to identify any areas of improvement and suggest solutions to optimize their experience.
Skill Set Required:
•BSC in Computer Science or a related field
•Strong understanding of Fullstack technologies including Python, and frameworks such as Django
•Knowledge of deployment on cloud servers like AWS, Digital Ocean etc.
•Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technical support or customer service capacity
•Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients in a clear and concise manner
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays if required
