Job Description and skill set required:

-Provide answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.

-Excellent communication skills in English language

-Technical skills in terms of computers, browsers, email clients, and HTML language

-Customer service skills to provide assistance via live chat, email and phone

-Interpersonal skills

-Patience

-A logical mind to analyze and solve technical problems

-Capable of working well under pressure
