About The Company:

we provide voice support for various customers and clients based in UK , US and Australia. We are based in Noida for last 5 years in customer support business and soon will be entering into website development.

Salary: INR 1.8 to 2.4 LPA

Probation / Training Period: None

Desired experience: 0-2 Years

Bond: No

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Job Description:

* Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal. (English )

* Ability to work in a pressurized environment and able to deliver against a tight timescale.

* Sound Knowledge of Computer applications.

* Work in Shifts

* Basic Computer knowledge is required.

* Possess good organizational and time management skills

* Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers

* Exhibit strong teamwork

* Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills

* Attentive listener

*Ability to use common courtesies

*Confident while communicating
