Job Description/Skills Required:
-The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls for US customers and troubleshooting their technical problems for desktop/laptop.
Advance troubleshooting skills for :
-Operating systems - Windows 7, Vista, XP.
-Virus & Spyware Removal.
-Internet connectivity and networking issues (Wireless Router Setup). Strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.
-Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts & 24X7 environment.
