Job Description and Requirements:
-Troubleshoot general desktop / Laptop issues on Call and Remote
-Troubleshoot Printer, Scanner and other peripheral issues
-Troubleshoot on Virus, Spyware, System Performance issues
-Troubleshoot Operating system updates and configuration modification.
-Implement tools for remote management, alert monitoring, and Virus detection.
-Good resolution rate of printer, desktop, laptop and software issues.
-Follow standard processes and procedures of the company
-Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Willing to work in night shifts
