Job Description-

- Provide support for covered clients, on-call support for covered clients and technical post-sales delivery

- Firm understanding of basic troubleshooting of network problems for routing, switching, and security implementations

- Understanding of network and security methodologies and implementations

- Ability to quickly understand new circumstances and technologies
