Job Description: 

Interface with customers based in US via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with Desktop, Laptops, Printers, Operating System, Network, Email and other products and deepening of sales.

Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns and demonstrate empathy.

Probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.

Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.

Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.

Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.

Effectively transfer customer requests to an appropriate party.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Skills Required: 

Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Excellent convenience and selling skills.

Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems (Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/Mac OS).

Basic computer troubleshooting.

Intermediate Internet skills.

Interview Process: Telephonic and face to face interview.
