Job Description:

- Drive measurably high levels of customer satisfaction that lead to customer loyalty and retention

- Provide customer support via telephone, email and live chat

- Educate customers on the use of our optimization platform VWO

- Assist in testing new and enhanced product features

- Manage incidents professionally and within stated timelines

- Troubleshoot, validate, and report customer submitted bug reports

- Assist Engineering staff in resolving product issues

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication in English

- Good knowledge in Enterprise technical support environment in a high-tech setting and Internet Marketing

- Ability to systematically and effectively troubleshoot problems while ensuring customer satisfaction within stated service level goals

- Practical understanding of PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
