Job Description:
Technical Support Engineer (Not Testing/ Coding/Development/Programming)
Answering customers’ Calls, both technical and service related and resolve concerns in a
timely and efficient manner via telephone, e-mail, on-line, etc.
o Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
o Advocate on behalf of customers for issues, enhancements and defects.
o Generate FAQs for our customer knowledge base.
o Work on Customer Relations projects as necessary.
o Understand products serviced and systems used.
o Prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment.
o Ensure all customer communication and activities are logged.
o Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure their issues have been resolved.
o To provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, email,
chat,ticketing and other support channels as required.
