Job Description:

Technical Support Engineer (Not Testing/ Coding/Development/Programming)

- Answering customers Calls, both technical and service related and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner via telephone, e-mail, on-line, etc.

- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

- Advocate on behalf of customers for issues, enhancements and defects.

- Generate FAQs for our customer knowledge base.

- Work on Customer Relations projects as necessary.

- Understand products serviced and systems used.

- Prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment.

- Ensure all customer communication and activities are logged.

- Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure their issues have been resolved.

- To provide enterprise level technical support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat,ticketing and other support channels as required.

Skills Required:

- Good Communication Skills and Listening skills.

- Should know three languages English,Hindi,Telugu.

- Candidate must be flexible to Work on Shifts.

- Problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with operating systems, backup software and database.

B.Com., B.Com.(Hons.), B.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BBM, BCA
