Candidate will be responsible for performing following activities:
- Installation and maintenance of company’s VoIP software & products
- Giving customer support through online, chat, phone and email
- Server management, remote monitoring of servers in Internet data centers
- Developing technical test tools for better customer support
- Providing technical training to customers worldwide on company’s products and helping with product usage
- Documentation of all tasks
- Good communication skills
- Experience in providing support to VoIP related products, preferably soft switches, Dialers, media gateways, etc.
- Knowledge of Linux, databases like MySQL
- Basic knowledge of networking, server management and software installations
