Salary: INR 1.80 LPA-2.64 LPA (The CTC will be applicable post the successful completion of training period of 3-6 Months)
         For Freshers Stipend during training period: INR 8,000 Per Month
        (The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: B.E./B.Tech(EC/EE/EI)

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:-
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers..
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Shifts: Day/Night rotational shift (Continuous night shifts will not be there).
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.

Interview Process:
- Written Test and F2F interview for freshers.
- Face to face Interview for experienced candidates
