-Capability to learn and understand technology, integration and software applications.
-Excellent oral and written(formal) communication skills with go getter attitude and highly motivated to work -  independently and as a team member.
-Should be capable to prepare proposals, requirements specifications and solution specifications/documents.
-Willing to travel within India and Abroad.
-Capable of handling overseas clients.
-Knowledge in sales, business development and relationship management.
-Good knowledge in MS-office like word, excel, power-point, to create business presentations.
-Analytical capability and problem understanding.
